Richard Parins - Richard has worked for more than 25 years in the construction and real estate lending field. Richard brings a varied and wide range of business experience to his clientele. Since 1993, Richard has originated loans for Five-Star with practical experience in all areas of lending. Richard is an active member of the Green Bay community, serving on a variety of committees and associations that helps expand his knowledge of what is going on throughout the area.

Steve Wright - Steve has been a loan officer at Five-Star since 1995. He graduated from the UW-Milwaukee with a BS in Architecture. Steve has been involved in all phases of the construction and design industry for more than 20 years. This extensive background has helped him to originate in excess of $200 million in mortgage loans.

Ann Shears - Ann has more than 10 years in the finance industry. She spent eight years specializing in manufactured housing finance before coming to Five-Star. Deciding to expand her goals and finance knowledge, she became employed by Five-Star. She continues to use her finance knowledge and people skills to listen to the questions and get them answered correctly, quickly and with a smile.
